Returns

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, returns are accepted under the following conditions. If you are not satisfied with the items you have received, you may initiate a return within 30 days of receipt, provided that the order meets the stipulated criteria:

  1. The product must be returned in its original condition, including all components, accessories, and packaging, which must remain intact.
  2. Any damage resulting from mishandling or improper use will disqualify the item from return eligibility.
  3. For hygiene-sensitive products, thorough cleaning is required before initiating the return process.
  4. Any defects or damages must be reported immediately upon receipt of the product.
  5. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to reject returns if there is evidence of product usage or damage that is not attributable to Womenwear-Waikato.

How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to Info@aorakiatelier-wellington.com with the subject line "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]."
  • Ensure the email includes the following details:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return request
    • A clear photograph of the product (if damaged or defective)
    • Full name
    • Customer address

Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with the appropriate return address. Do not return the item to the sender’s address—we will supply the correct return location upon approval of your request. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Orders in Transit

Our products are shipped from Asia, which may result in extended transit times beyond our control. If an order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. You must wait until you receive the goods and proceed with a return. If you wish to cancel in advance, you may notify us, but the return process will only commence after receipt of the goods.

For expedited returns, we request that customers provide a shipping confirmation upon returning their items.

Refund Process

Upon successful return and receipt of the goods, we will process a refund for the original payment amount, excluding any delivery costs beyond the standard shipping method offered. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be applied for the refund process.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
